Golden Empire League recap November 13, 2013

Capital Christian extended the longest winning streak in Golden Empire League this week by beating Lindhurst, 42-0. The win marks fifth in a row for the the Cougars.

West Campus fell to Marysville 52-7 last week, the largest margin of any game.

Diante Porter was a passing and rushing force as Mesa Verde fell to Dixon. Porter's key target this week was Kyle Hamilton, who caught 3 passes for 16 yards.

Jacob Norville put up the best numbers in passing as Capital Christian beat the Blazers. He finished with a total of 4 completions for 135 yards and 2 touchdowns.

Capital Christian's offense cannot be tamed this season and the Cougars feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Norville has thrown for 661 yards and 8 touchdowns this season, while Justice Shelton-mosley has 20 catches for 483 yards.

The Indians led the league in scoring this week after putting up 52 points on the Warriors.
