Softball Recap: Lewis Cass Kings vs. Whitko Wildcats
Lewis Cass had lost three straight at home, but on Wednesday they dropped their record down to 3-7 to make it four. They took a 5-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Whitko Wildcats. If the Kings were looking for revenge after losing 5-4 to the Wildcats when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.
Lewis Cass saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ava Hubner, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base. Hannah Zamora also deserves some recognition as she hit her first double of the season.
