Lowry came out on top against Dayton on Friday thanks in part to Maite Bengochea's efforts. Bengochea pitched seven innings while giving up three earned (and two unearned) runs off six hits. The performance also marked the most strikeouts (five) she has had since April 2nd.

Bengochea's strong effort led Lowry over Dayton and she'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 1:00 p.m. on Friday.
