Soccer Recap: Tri-Valley Takes a Loss

After soaring to nine goals the game before, Tri-Valley was a bit more limited in their contest on Thursday. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Mt. Vernon Yellowjackets.

Tri-Valley's goal came courtesy of Cash Omen, who's now up to two this season.

Tri-Valley now has a losing record of 6-7-2. As for Mt. Vernon, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-3-3.

Coming up, Tri-Valley is taking a road trip to square off against Hiland at 6:15 p.m. on Saturday. As for Mt. Vernon, they will be playing at home against Westerville South at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
