Volleyball Recap: Lyman Takes a Loss

Lyman was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Timber Creek Wolves. The Greyhounds were not able to make up for their loss to the Wolves from their previous meeting back in April of 2024.

The defeat didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: Timber Creek scored at least 17 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-17, 25-21.

Lyman now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Timber Creek, the win keeps they at an undefeated 15-0.

Looking ahead, Lyman will host Crooms Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Timber Creek, they will face off against Bartram Trail at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
