Meanwhile, McAllen Memorial waltzed into their match on Tuesday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They walked away with a 4-2 victory over the Raiders. Given the Mustangs' advantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 71st, while the Raiders are ranked 476th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

McAllen Memorial pushed their record up to 8-3 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 15 goals over those three contests. As for McAllen, their victory bumped their record up to 9-2-1.
