Madison has been on a difficult stretch since their win on February 18. They fell just short of the LEE Volunteers by a score of 3-2 on Saturday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Volunteers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-1 back in February.

Madison's defeat dropped their record down to 6-8-4. As for LEE, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-4-3 record this season.

Madison and LEE should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Texas Rankings. Madison (ranked 167th) will meet SA Roosevelt (ranked 596th) at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Similarly, LEE will challenge Churchill at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday up 272 places (74 vs. 346).
