Baseball Recap: Spring Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Spring can now relate to. They fell just short of the Oak Ridge War Eagles by a score of 4-3 on Wednesday. The Lions just can't catch a break and have now endured four defeats in a row.

Spring's loss dropped their record down to 14-18. As for Oak Ridge, the victory was the 16th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 24-7.

While Spring had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
