Basketball Recap: Dallastown Takes a Loss

Dallastown was the 63-61 winner over William Penn when they last played one another back in December of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Dallastown Wildcats fell to the William Penn Bearcats 70-64. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

William Penn can attribute much of their success to David Warde, who posted 20 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Nasir Barnes, who earned 11 points.

Dallastown's loss dropped their record down to 9-7. As for William Penn, their victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-6.

Dallastown has already played their next matchup (against Hempfield), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. A feisty cat fight is on tap when the William Penn Bearcats take on the Red Lion Lions at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
