Softball Recap: Cheektowaga Takes a Loss

Cheektowaga lost against Depew back in May of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Chargers came up short against the Wildcats, falling 16-2.

Alexis Fallacaro made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 3-for-3 with two stolen bases, one triple, and one run.

Cheektowaga now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Depew, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Cheektowaga will head out to square off against Lackawanna at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Depew, they will square off against Maryvale at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
