Basketball Recap: Georgetown-Ridge Farm Comes Up Short

Georgetown-Ridge Farm was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a hard 51-36 fall against the Salt Fork Storm. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Buffaloes this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 32-22 back in December of 2024.

Georgetown-Ridge Farm's defeat dropped their record down to 2-15. As for Salt Fork, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 9-5 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Georgetown-Ridge Farm will host Watseka at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Salt Fork, they will take on Cissna Park at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
