Baseball Recap: Plymouth Christian Academy Comes Up Short

Plymouth Christian Academy lost against Howell on Saturday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Eagles fell 9-6 to the Highlanders. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Dylan Beasley led a balanced group of hitters, scoring two runs while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances. The team also got some help courtesy of Cooper Weaver, who scored a run and stole a base while going 3-for-4.

Plymouth Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Howell, they pushed their record up to 7-2 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home.

Coming up, Plymouth Christian Academy will challenge Charyl Stockwell Preparatory Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Sentinels will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Eagles surely won't give up without a fight. As for Howell, they will face off against Novi at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
