Osakis won the last time they faced Upsala and things went their way on Friday too. The Osakis Silverstreaks came out on top against the Upsala Cardinals by a score of 49-38. The Silverstreaks' offense checked out after the first half but had enough points banked to take the game anyway.

When it comes to explaining why Upsala lost, don't look at Samantha Pilarski. Despite the final result, she posted 16 points in addition to five boards and three steals. Alexa Pilarski was another key player, putting up six points.

The victory made it two in a row for Osakis and bumps their season record up to 16-10. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.5 points over those games. As for Upsala, their loss dropped their record down to 17-9.

Osakis does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Upsala, they will square off against Maple Lake at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
