Basketball Recap: San Gabriel Comes Up Short

San Gabriel lost against Alhambra two weeks ago and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The San Gabriel Matadors fell to the Alhambra Moors 50-44. The Matadors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

San Gabriel's record is now 15-11. As for Alhambra, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 14-12 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. San Gabriel will take on Montebello at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Alhambra, they will square off against Mark Keppel at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Mark Keppel will roll in looking for their 12th straight win, something Alhambra surely won't give up without a fight.
