Healdsburg's game last Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Elsie Allen Lobos with a sharp 17-3 win. Considering the Greyhounds have won seven matchups by more than seven runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Hannah Sellards was a standout: she scored a run while going 2-for-2. The dominant performance also gave her a new career-high in doubles (two). Izzy Osborn was another key player, scoring three runs while going 2-for-4.

Healdsburg was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .394. They are a perfect 4-0 when they post a batting average of .375 or better.

Healdsburg's victory ended a seven-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 7-4. As for Elsie Allen, they are on a 17-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Healdsburg didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, an 8-7 defeat against Windsor on the 11th. As for Elsie Allen, they will square off against St. Vincent de Paul at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
