Douglass is 10-0 against Alto since January of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Douglass Indians are taking a road trip to square off against the Alto Yellowjackets at 5:00 p.m. Douglass will be strutting in after a victory while Alto will be coming in after a defeat.

Douglass is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They simply couldn't be stopped on Tuesday as they easily beat Carlisle 71-16. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win Douglass has posted since February 5th.

Meanwhile, Alto was beaten by Mt. Enterprise 54-21 on Tuesday. The Yellowjackets haven't had much luck with the Wildcats recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.

Alto's loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 4-8. As for Douglass, their victory bumped their record up to 8-6.

Everything came up roses for Douglass against Alto when the teams last played back in January, as the team secured an 89-3 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Douglass since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
