Soccer Game Preview: Roy vs. Northridge

The Roy Royals will face off against the Northridge Knights at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. Roy's last three contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

Roy had taken Viewmont down for two straight games at home, but that winning streak came to an end on Tuesday. The Royals fell just short of the Vikings by a score of 2-1.

The home team had won the previous three meetings between Northridge and Woods Cross, and Northridge kept the tradition alive. The Knights came out on top in a nail-biter against the Wildcats on Tuesday, sneaking past 2-1.

Roy now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Northridge, they now have a winning record of 4-3.
