After losing to DeSoto the last time they met, Jefferson decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Blue Jays came out on top against the Dragons by a score of 3-1 on Wednesday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Blue Jays.

Jefferson was especially dominant in the fourth set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 26-24, 19-25, 25-21, 25-15.

Jefferson's win bumped their record up to 16-11-4. As for DeSoto, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost 11 of their last 13 matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-16-2 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Jefferson will face off against Grandview at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for DeSoto, they will square off against St. Clair at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
