Mount Pisgah Academy had to endure a seven-game losing streak dating back to last season, but that streak is no more. They secured a 31-25 W over the Invest Collegiate Imagine Kingfishers on Thursday. This was payback for the Mountaineers, who suffered a 43-38 loss the last time these two teams met.

Mount Pisgah Academy's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Invest Collegiate Imagine, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-3.

Mount Pisgah Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Invest Collegiate Imagine, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Bethel Christian Academy at 4:30 p.m. on January 27th.
