Football Recap: Amherst-Pelham Regional Comes Up Short

After some red-hot attacks on offense in their last three contests, Amherst-Pelham Regional finally came back down to earth on Thursday. They received a blow as they fell 18-0 to the Chicopee Comp Colts. It was the first time this season that the Hurricanes let down their fans at home.

Amherst-Pelham Regional's defeat dropped their record down to 5-3. As for Chicopee Comp, their victory was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 8-0.

Amherst-Pelham Regional does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Chicopee Comp, they will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Chicopee at 10:15 a.m. on November 27.
