King's Christian Academy had to endure a four-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They managed a 66-60 victory over the IMG Academy Blue Ascenders on Monday.

King's Christian Academy had a senior duo take command as Earl B. Edmonds dropped a double-double on 20 points and 12 boards and Kyle Kovich dropped a double-double on 19 points and ten rebounds. The matchup was Kovich's fifth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Braylon Gladdon, who posted nine points and three steals.

King's Christian Academy's win bumped their record up to 4-10. As for IMG Academy Blue, they dropped their record down to 7-8 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road.

King's Christian Academy will be playing in front of their home fans against Avalon at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for IMG Academy Blue, they will head out on the road to face off against Jesuit at 7:00 p.m. on January 7, 2025.
