Baseball Recap: Warren Warriors vs. Parkersburg Big Reds
Warren proved they can win big on Friday (they won by six) and on Monday they proved they can win the close ones too. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Parkersburg Big Reds 5-4. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Warriors have posted since April 8th.

Jacob Sealey was excellent, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with two stolen bases, one run, and one RBI. Those two stolen bases gave him a new career-high. Jayce Hilverding was another key player, going 2-for-3 with one stolen base and one RBI.
Warren's victory bumped their record up to 8-6. As for Parkersburg, with the loss, they broke their seven-game winning streak and moved their record to 10-11.
Coming up, Warren will square off against Jackson at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Ironman/Ironladies will roll in looking for their 12th straight win, something the Warriors surely won't give up without a fight. As for Parkersburg, they will host Marietta at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
