Nate Reed gave up the fewest walks he has since back in March on Tuesday. He was unstoppable, striking out ten batters over five innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits (and not a single walk). He has been consistent recently: he hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in three consecutive appearances.

Coming up, Reed and James River Midlothian will welcome Huguenot at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Sadly, Reed's big day wasn't enough to stop the loss, which snapped the Rapids' three-game streak of wins at home.
