Mayflower won the last time they faced Atkins and things went their way on Tuesday too. Everything went the Mayflower Eagles' way against the Atkins Red Devils as the Mayflower Eagles made off with a 74-48 win. Given the Eagles' advantage in MaxPreps' Arkansas basketball rankings (they are ranked 104th, while the Red Devils are ranked 219th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Mayflower is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.6 points over those games. As for Atkins, their loss was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 4-8.
