Volleyball Recap: Out-of-Door Academy Gets the Win

Out-of-Door Academy's tournament run continued when they took on All Saints' Academy on Saturday. The Thunder had just enough and edged out the Saints 2-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Thunder.

When it comes to explaining why All Saints' Academy lost, don't look at Aniyah Sanchez. Despite the final result, she had 23 digs and two aces. Sanchez has been hot for a while, having posted 11 or more digs the last 21 times she's played.

Out-of-Door Academy now has a winning record of 3-2. As for All Saints' Academy, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Out-of-Door Academy will welcome Sarasota Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for All Saints' Academy, they will look to take advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they take on Bartow at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
