Volleyball Recap: Out-of-Door Academy Victorious

Out-of-Door Academy saw some tournament action on Saturday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the All Saints' Academy Saints, sneaking past 2-1.

Alex Beasley paced Out-of-Door Academy's offense, picking up 12 kills. Beasley got some help from Emmy Coachys and her 30 assists. Finally, Gabi Schauenberg kept Out-of-Door Academy's defense grounded, leading the team with two blocks.

Despite the loss, All Saints' Academy still got an impressive performance from Aniyah Sanchez, who had 23 digs and two aces. Sanchez has been hot for a while, having posted 11 or more digs the last 21 times she's played.

The victory got Out-of-Door Academy back to even at 3-3. As for All Saints' Academy, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-4.

Out-of-Door Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Sarasota Christian on the 26th. As for All Saints' Academy, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-1 defeat against Bartow on the 26th.
