Basketball Recap: Academy for Technology and the Classics Starts off Right with Win over Hot Springs + How To Watch

Academy for Technology and The Classics gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Saturday. They took their game with ease, bagging a 62-35 win over the Hot Springs Tigers.

Academy for Technology and The Classics got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Harmony Roybal out in front who shot 64% from the field on her way to 16 points and four steals. Another player making a difference was Arianna Gallegos, who almost dropped a double-double with 12 points and nine boards.

Academy for Technology and The Classics was working as a unit and finished the game with 14 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Hot Springs only posted four.

Despite the defeat, Hot Springs had strong showings from Makenna Woods, who almost dropped a double-double with 20 points and nine rebounds, and Andrea LeClair, who posted six points.

Hot Springs' loss dropped their record down to 0-2.
