Softball Recap: Friendship Christian Has No Trouble Against Ezell-Harding Christian

Friendship Christian never let their opponents score on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Ezell-Harding Christian Eagles with a sharp 10-0 win. The result was nothing new for the Commanders, who have now won nine games by eight runs or more so far this season.

Friendship Christian is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.1 runs on average over those games. As for Ezell-Harding Christian, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-9.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Friendship Christian will face off against rival Goodpasture Christian at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Ezell-Harding Christian is set to square off against their familiar foe Donelson Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
