Graham-Kapowsin put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They walked away with a 20-10 win over the Bethel Bison. Given the Eagles' advantage in MaxPreps' Washington football rankings (they are ranked fourth, while the Bison are ranked 27th) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Graham-Kapowsin got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Blake Pearson out in front who rushed for 114 yards.

Graham-Kapowsin's record is now 6-0. As for Bethel, their loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 4-2.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Graham-Kapowsin will face off against rival Olympia at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have allowed few points on average (the Eagles 13.7, the Bears 13.2) so any points scored will be well earned. Meanwhile, Bethel is set to square off against their familiar foe Yelm at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
