Academy for Innovative Education's pitching crew heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Thursday. They put the hurt on Mater Academy Charter with a sharp 17-0 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Aviators.
Alexa Garofalo and Jordan Miranda made a big impact no matter where they played. On the mound, Garofalo tossed one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. Meanwhile, Miranda tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Schoolhouse Prep kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 13 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least ten hits in three consecutive games.
