Baseball Recap: Father Judge Comes Up Short

Father Judge easily dispatched Nueva Esperanza last Friday, but unfortunately both the margin and the ultimate result were a different story in this one. The Crusaders fell just short of the La Salle College Explorers by a score of 8-6 on Monday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the Crusaders have suffered since April 17, 2024.

Alex Rodriguez made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored a run while going 2-for-3.

Father Judge's defeat dropped their record down to 4-3. As for La Salle College, the win keeps they at an undefeated 7-0.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Father Judge will face off against Central at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for La Salle College, they will take on Lansdale Catholic at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
