Basketball Game Preview: Lake City Trojans vs. Kalkaska Blazers

Lake City is on a nine-game streak of home losses, and Kalkaska a seven-game streak of away losses. However, someone's due for a change in luck on Tuesday. Having just played yesterday, the Lake City Trojans will get right back to it and host the Kalkaska Blazers at 7:00 p.m. Lake City will be strutting in after a win while Kalkaska will be coming in after a defeat.

Lake City is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They came out on top against Coleman by a score of 52-43 on Monday.

Meanwhile, Kalkaska came up short against Cheboygan on Friday, falling 39-17.

Lake City's victory ended a nine-game drought on the road and puts them at 1-19. As for Kalkaska, their loss dropped their record down to 4-15.

Everything came up roses for Lake City against Kalkaska when the teams last played back in December of 2022, as the team secured a 63-15 win. In that contest, Lake City amassed a halftime lead of 38-6, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Tuesday.
