Volleyball Preview: South Pointe Stallions vs. Northwestern Trojans
South Pointe is 0-10 against Northwestern since September of 2018 but things could change on Monday. Northwestern actually scored more points across those five sets (111-107), but sadly they still had to settle for second. The match finished with set scores of 15-25, 25-21, 24-26, 25-23, 18-16.
The losing side was boosted by Izzy Zwirn, who had 13 digs and a kill. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 11 or more in the last three games she's played dating back to last season.
South Pointe's defeat dropped their record down to 1-15. As for Northwestern, their loss dropped their record down to 6-14.
