Windsor Forest had won two straight games and Jr Rowland did his part to make it three on Friday. The Knights came within four points of losing the streak, but they secured a 26-22 W against the Groves Rebels with plenty of help from Rowland, who threw for 220 yards and four touchdowns on only 15 passes. His passing game has become a key predictor of Windsor Forest's success: the team is 3-1 when his passer rating is 100 or higher, but only 1-5 otherwise.

Windsor Forest's victory bumped their record up to 4-6. As for Groves, they dropped their record down to 0-10 with the loss, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season.
