Sandusky extends home winning streak to 13

Recap: Sandusky Blue Streaks vs. Perkins Pirates
The Sandusky Blue Streaks are still undefeated this season after their contest against the Perkins Pirates on Saturday, but the Perkins Pirates came as close as anyone has to beating them. Sandusky narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past Perkins 77-75. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.
Amir Aaron continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 30 points along with five steals. Those 30 points set a new season-high mark for him. The team also got some help courtesy of Jason Henlon, who scored 18 points.
Sandusky's victory was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 4-0. As for Perkins, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.
Sandusky will head out on the road to face off against Clyde at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Clyde focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 15 on Friday. Perkins will be home for the holidays to greet Bellevue at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
