King is on a seven-game streak of home losses, and Humble a ten-game streak of away losses. However, someone's due for a change in luck on Friday. The King Panthers will host the Humble Wildcats at 6:30 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

King's last matchup with North Shore could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's contest on Tuesday. The Panthers lost 12-2 to the Mustangs. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Panthers have suffered against the Mustangs since March 23, 2021.

Meanwhile, Tuesday just wasn't the day for Humble's offense. They came up short against Atascocita on Tuesday, falling 12-0.

Humble's loss dropped their record down to 6-22. As for King, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-28.
