After losing to Sandy Valley the last time they met, Marlington decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Marlington Dukes strolled past the Sandy Valley Cardinals with points to spare on Tuesday, taking the game 53-34.

Marlington's victory bumped their record up to 8-5. As for Sandy Valley, they have also been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-8 record this season.

Marlington didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, an 80-56 defeat against Carrollton on the 17th. Sandy Valley has also already played their next game, a 48-40 win against Fairless on the 17th.
