Golden State tops the chart with over 100 burger ballers, including five who are taking the floor in tonight’s game.

Since 1977 more than 1,000 of the nation's best high school basketball players have played in the McDonald's All American Game including Michael Jordan, LeBron James, Kobe Bryant, Kevin Durant and Magic Johnson.

The 2024 game tips off tonight from the Toyota Center in Houston. Five players from California, including 2023-24 MaxPreps California Player of the Year Trent Perry, are slated to participate.

Stars like Tyson Chandler, James Harden and Jason Kidd are among the 119 total players to be selected to the event from California, more than any other state.

Virginia is second with 73 selections and 34 of those hail from Oak Hill Academy (Mouth of Wilson). Led by Carmelo Anthony, Rajon Rondo and Jerry Stackhouse, the Warriors have had more players participate than any other high school.

New York has 72 all-time selections including some great points guards in Kenny Anderson, Stephon Marbury and Kemba Walker. Legendary big men Elton Brand, Christian Laettner and Chris Mullin also hail from the Empire State.

Florida and Texas are tied for fourth with 69 picks each. Florida is represented by four players tonight in Houston including Cooper Flagg, Liam McNeeley and Derik Queen, all from Montverde Academy (Montverde).

Since 2013, Montverde has 17 total selections with 11 coming since 2020.

Aside from Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Rhode Island and Wyoming, every state and the District of Columbia Washington is represented on the list.
