            Baseball Recap: South Plantation Paladins vs. Cooper City Cowboys        
        
		
        
        
            It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact South Plantation can now relate to. They fell just short of the Cooper City Cowboys by a score of  1-0 on Tuesday. The shutout was out of character for the Paladins seeing as the last time the team failed to score was  back in February.
 South Plantation saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Caleb Thomas, who  went 1-for-3 with one  triple.
This is the second loss in a row for South Plantation and  nudges their season record down to 9-13. Those  losses can't be blamed on the team's pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 5  runs in those games. As for Cooper City, they have  been performing  well recently as they've  won eight of their last ten matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-8 record  this season.
As of now, neither South Plantation nor Cooper City have any future games scheduled.
