Basketball Game Preview: Bunker Hill Bears vs. Hickory Red Tornadoes

Bunker Hill hasn't had much luck against Hickory recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Bears will look to defend their home court against the Red Tornadoes at 6:00 p.m. Bunker Hill will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.

Bunker Hill will bounce into Tuesday's contest after beating St. Stephens, who they had gone 1-8 against in their nine prior meetings. The Bears walked away with a 45-38 victory over the Indians on Friday.

Meanwhile, Hickory had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They blew past St. Stephens 67-40 on Wednesday. The score at the end of the third wound up being the final score as the Red Tornadoes just coasted through the last quarter.

Bunker Hill's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Hickory, their victory bumped their record up to 1-0.
