Football Game Preview: North Vikings vs. Firestone Falcons

North is 1-9 against Firestone since October of 2015 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Vikings will look to defend their home field against the Falcons at 7:00 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

North came up short against Ellet on Friday, falling 28-7.

Meanwhile, Firestone had to suffer through a 43-7 loss at the hands of East. While losing is never fun, the Falcons can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio football rankings (they are ranked 513th, while the Dragons are ranked 205th).

Firestone's loss dropped their record down to 0-8. As for North, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-7.
