Softball Recap: Oroville Comes Up Short

Oroville's last matchup with Colusa could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's game on Friday. The Oroville Tigers lost 16-0 to the Colusa RedHawks. The contest marked the first time this year in which the Tigers were not able to get on the board.

Oroville's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Colusa, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 3-0.

Coincidentally, Oroville and Colusa will both be playing Yreka the next time they take the field. Colusa will head out to face Yreka at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, while Oroville will play them later in the day, at 10:30 a.m.
