Baseball Recap: Francis W. Parker's Loss Ends Three-Game Winning Streak at Home

After some red-hot attacks at the plate in their last three games, Francis W. Parker finally came back down to earth on Wednesday. They took a 3-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Northridge Knights. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Colonels of the 16-1 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in May of 2024.

Francis W. Parker's defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 5-9. As for Northridge, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 16-14.

While Francis W. Parker had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
