Basketball Recap: Streamwood Takes a Loss

Streamwood was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They were beaten by the Hampshire Whip-Purs 66-38.

Streamwood's loss dropped their record down to 3-11. As for Hampshire, the victory snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 4-10 record.

Streamwood and Maine West will face off at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday without much rest having both just played. Streamwood is facing Maine West at the right time seeing as Maine West is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Hampshire, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Wauconda at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday.
