Football Recap: Coventry Gets the Win + How To Watch

Coventry's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They came out on top against the Johnston Panthers by a score of 35-26. Considering the Oakers' offense had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

Camren Jones threw for 217 yards and four TDs on only nine passes. Brayden Fortes was his top target, picking up 116 receiving yards and one score. On the ground, LJ Stembridge rushed for 244 yards and one touchdown while picking up 8.1 yards per carry.

Several Panthers players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Ethan Archambeault, who threw for 201 yards and a pair of touchdowns. Yadier Grullon also helped out with an impressive 121 receiving yards.
