After losing to Opelika the last time they met, Calvary Christian decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Knights narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Bulldogs 2-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Knights.

Abigail Steffens paced Calvary Christian's offense, picking up ten kills. Steffens got some help from Olivia Smithwick and her nine assists.

Calvary Christian's victory bumped their record up to 21-4. As for Opelika, they now have a losing record of 7-8.
