Central faced Valley View in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Thursday. The Tigers were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Blazers. The victory was nothing new for the Tigers as they're now sitting on three straight.

Central never let Valley View on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-22, 25-17.

Central's win bumped their record up to 19-6. As for Valley View, the defeat snapped their winning streak at four matches and leaves them with a 24-6 record.

As of now, neither Central nor the Blazers have any future games scheduled.
