Florence has gone a perfect 6-0 against Hayden recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Gophers will be playing at home against the Lobos at 6:00 p.m. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (Florence 3.5, Hayden 3.2) so any runs scored will be well earned.

Florence barely beat Globe the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Gophers were the clear victors by an 11-1 margin over the Tigers on Friday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Gophers.

Zane O'Rourke and Logan Stenson did most of the damage at the plate: O'Rourke went a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs, one double, and one RBI, while Stenson went 2-for-3 with two runs, one triple, and one stolen base. The team also got some help courtesy of Cameron Lorefice, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with two runs.

Florence always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .567. The last time their OBP was this high was back in February.

Meanwhile, Hayden came up short against Mogollon on Friday and fell 8-3.

Florence pushed their record up to 14-6-2 with the win, which was their third straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.0 runs over those games. As for Hayden, their defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 18-4.

Florence beat Hayden 3-0 in their previous meeting back in March. Will the Gophers repeat their success, or do the Lobos have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
