Volleyball Game Preview: Glenbard North Panthers vs. Glenbard East Rams

The Glenbard North Panthers will take on the Glenbard East Rams at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

On Tuesday, Glenbard North came up short against Wheaton North and fell 2-0. The Panthers haven't had much luck with the Falcons recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Glenbard North was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the first set very close. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-20.

Meanwhile, Glenbard East was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of West Chicago.

The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-14.

Glenbard North's defeat dropped their record down to 12-15. As for Glenbard East, their loss was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 4-1 and their overall record down to 17-14.
