Volleyball Recap: East Central Victorious

East Central hadn't done well against Hinckley-Finlayson recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. The Eagles walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Jaguars. The Eagles haven't had any issues with the Jaguars recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

East Central's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-5. As for Hinckley-Finlayson, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

East Central has already played their next game (against Cromwell), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Hinckley-Finlayson, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-1 defeat against Hibbing on the 8th.
